Nowhere in the United States had the turn indicators that I wanted. There was a mix up but they contacted me immediately and told me they called everywhere, even competitors to see if they had the item I ordered. They offered to refund me or I could wait until Nov 15th then they would be able to ship. I received the indicators today Nov 9, 2020 and already installed them on my moto. i was looking for a clutch cable 8 inches over stock for my bike. I saw that they could make one when other shops were saying nothing would be available for them until end of August. Catch was they were more expensive then the other shops. Figured no problem, I'll pay a higher cost to get them sooner than sometime in September. Placed my order on July 27th. Ordered a faring with a great deal amount of accessories into the $1600 figure told I would get it in 4 to 6 weeks 10 weeks later I called still not here no tracking number finally after 12 weeks I got the faring but none of the accessories just told the accessories will come in three days it’s now been seven I just made a phone call I was told do you want your money back I want the accessories poor management poor operation anybody that orders from them as a complete idiot
Placed an order over two months ago. Still no product, was told it was back ordered then it was being shipped, then it was on its way to them, and still nothing. They don’t respond to emails, and now their phone number goes to a voicemail box that is full and forces you to hang up. Total scam, do not, I repeat do not purchase anything from these thieves. I’m getting ready to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s office of Florida.
