Blue Pearl in Renton literally saved my dogs life 6 weeks ago. He was diagnosed with IMHA by his old primary vet at Reber Ranch, but they are not equipped to do blood transfusions. Lawrence had 2 transfusions in 2 days, and has been going back to have regular blood work done. Yesterday he had an ultrasound done which determined we need to cut back on his steroids. His liver is not happy with the roids.
My cat is treated for a chronic heart condition at the Renton clinic. Dr. Mueller has been wonderful. All staff members have been both courteous and efficient. I highly recommend BluePearl.
Made me think Inwas going to say goodbye to my cat before they out her down. The words they used were "visit" and "spend some time"...... they brought my cat in..... put her on my lap, they had already euthanized her. I will never get the image out of my head. I started having a panic attack. All the doctor could say when I told them that they didn't explain things very well was that sometimes people "need to" or "want to" see the body. This place has become my second home, following a series of illnesses suffered by my labrador. The staff here is so attentive to dog and human, I find I wonder why human hospitals can’t be half as good!
Always have given excellent customer service to us!
We took our golden retriever in yesterday to see Dr. Meleo. She went over all of his ultra sounds and test to tell us what to expect. We are taking him back on monday for CT scan. Everyone was very nice wasn't any more expensive than any other hospitals we have been. Our appointment was at 3 pm got in shortly after that.
