As an out of state visitor, I was desperate, and even though I gave them authorization, they did not overcharge me. My dog had a very sad prognosis, and even worse diagnosis. The staff was courteous, and helpful at one of the worse moments in my life. They got DJ up and about, and gave me a little more time with my dog. I highly recommend these fine people, and I truly wish I lived here.
Our dog Kody has been in the hospital here for 2 days he has been diagnosed with IMHA had 2 goin on 3 transfusions they have been Awesome with Kody and us keeping us informed letting us go visit whenever we want we are hoping for a speedy recovery keeping our fingers crossed and praying🙏.
All the staff were caring and helpful. We had to wait quite some time to be seen, but our dog's injury was slight in the scheme of things and we understood their very reasonable policy that animals are seen in order of care required, not first come first served. They followed up the day after by phone to ensure all was well. They do a great job in very difficult and many times extremely sad circumstances.
Never again. The vet was completely rude and just awful. But I will say the receptionist needs a raise also the people in the back should get the credit for actually taking care of the pets.
Wow! I cannot recommend BluePearl enough! My 8 year old Dachshund Nibbles presented with a lame front leg last night. He couldn't walk or stand at all. I was completely panicked. Husband and my Father tried taking him to another vet and they were closed. They sent them to BluePearl and beginning to end it was such a wonderful experience. Husband texted me as Nibbles was being seen. Vet tech took vitals and assured them that Nibbles was stable and doing well.
