My son used to be with this company. The care he received was poor. Nonprofessionalism starts with the owner and is pervasive throughout the organization. A main concern was the actions of the staff. The majority had an uncaring attitude and lacked minimal skills in client care. The company administration was unorganized and failed on many occasions to keep updated records causing problems for hospital admisions and staff knowledge. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
