He has great knowledge about all the different equipment and provides excellent customer service. Jackie is extremely helpful on the phone and in the office. I would highly recommend using them if you need anything related to accessibility or something repaired.
My brothers wheelchair died the Thursday before the July 4th holiday. We were frantic I as the chair is his only way to be mobile it is his lifeline I googled and found access’. I. spoke with Thomas who was very empathetic and was on site to my brother within a couple of hours. He was able to fix the chair! We were so relieved! And astonished that what could have been a real nightmare turned into an awesome experience. I would highly recommend access wheelchair! Five star service and cost!

If you have a scooter that needs some TLC, you’re going to love Access Wheelchair Repair. They go out the way to make sure your repairs are done correctly. You can take your scooter in person for repairs or they will come to you. Very friendly staff.
