We had Cyrille and his helper come and take down a 60-foot maple that was rotting from the inside and threatening our side deck; remove limbs on other trees that were rubbing on the power and cable wires, and clean up any dead limbs on 8 other trees. They were both very friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess afterwards. Cyrille and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with! Very hard working, very methodical and technical. We had 3 very large trees come down on our house and it was obvious how much skill they had as they dealt with the trees! Their experience is vast, and I have absolutely no concerns. Would recommend them to anyone dealing with a similar situation
Phoned this business to ask for a quote for tree chipping/removal (trees are already down). After explaining what we needed done, I was asked how many quotes I need to make a decision. Then was told that it is expensive for companies to spend money on gas, and waste their time and manpower on quotes. I can't rate the quality of work done by this company but for rudeness and lack of customer service I would give less than one star if I could.
