Access home health care was absolutely wonderful. The young ladies who cared for my husband were so patient and loving. I would totally recommend this agency to anyone needing helping hands during a family illness.
Our caregiver is awesome with my mom. She does light housekeeping and attends to my mom in whatever she needs. Having a caregiver from Access has been a game changer for my piece of mind while I’m at work. I know my mom is in good hands.
I have worked with Access Senior Home Care for over two years now and have had the absolute best experience with this company. The office staff are fantastic, offering great support and communication with all the care staff. HORRIBLE PLACE My grandmother is a client and gets treated horribly!!!!! We are paying these horrible people $35 an hour to watch my loved one, and they are paying the nurses way less than that. I wouldn't even put my worst enemy in their hands. Very unethical place and violates HIPAA guidelines.
Access Senior Home Care has made me feel a Part of an Amazing Team since I joined them 6 years ago. They have shown me they care about Me and Our Clients. I was in a car accident right after joining them unfortunately, they waited for me and worked with me on what I could take on after I returned. They are Very Compassionate, Understanding and Generous. THANK YOU ACCESS TEAM!! ♥️♥️♥️
