2.10pm 28th November my hubby was after a part to fix our pool pump. Nothing on the shelf so this wonderful gentleman actually gave my hubby some spare parts and wouldn't accept any payment. Said to catch him next time. Bless him. Hubby didn't catch his name. Good things happen to good people. Thankyou 😊
Used to rate this place but they are worst place in Newcastle now ever since the lady from shop moved on they are completely clueless and have no idea about customer service
Went into Access Pool Services for a new Pool Robot. They have biggest range in Newcastle of Zodiac Pool Robots. They were very helpful and gave me a great deal. Will go back for sure.
Pool Tech lucky to be on premise 10minutes - $250* charge…. Say no more. Despite my great dissatisfaction with this co, after t 25 days from invoice date, they threatened the account will be referred to debt collection. Much much better pool care options out there
