Thank you guys for your great service. We weren’t even a customer until now but we’re stuck before Christmas and you came the next day after my call and did a great job getting my cloudy pool sparkling for Christmas. Murphys law, had a problem yesterday with the pool heater right on new year.. Again you guys were here next day to fix it. Fantastic service and very helpful and informative staff. 2.10pm 28th November my hubby was after a part to fix our pool pump. Nothing on the shelf so this wonderful gentleman actually gave my hubby some spare parts and wouldn't accept any payment. Said to catch him next time. Bless him. Hubby didn't catch his name. Good things happen to good people. Thankyou 😊
Used to rate this place but they are worst place in Newcastle now ever since the lady from shop moved on they are completely clueless and have no idea about customer service
