The secretary (Shannon) was very rude, unprofessional and was unwilling to assist with the concerns that I had. She responded without even inquiring to be sure if my issue could be resolved. I do NOT recommend speaking with her. Speak with a different woman at the front desk. This is for location of Chantilly Rd in Atlanta. Consider another location.

Absolute worst place ever, they do not care about your mental health. They’ll wait over a week to send over your script, then ignore your calls (had to call on a different number to get through….), then get nasty with you on the phone when you finally do get through. I highly doubt I would’ve ever gotten my prescription had I not called a week later, and this happened after every single visit. Very disturbing place. They will not help only make things worse. Pray on things or find another solution. I was shot in 2011 and tried to get therapy n my first appointment the nurse practitioner got upset that I had my medication list and all my paperwork. I stated that I was already prescribed a medication that he was try to prescribed then he said he suggested “in patient care”. I was very confused and left.

So I JUST moved back to Atlanta and I have to regain all new doctors this was a clinic I once attended.
