Truly the best primary care physician I've ever had. Amazing bedside manner. Caring, listens, spends time, asks thorough questions. Love him.
Very unprofessional and money hungry. He prescribes basically whatever and doesn’t genuinely care about bettering you or your problem. He prescribes highly addictive things like Xanax/Klonopin and does not care about whether the patient may be abusing or forming an addiction. Sad guy ruining many lives. Shame on you.
I had set up an appointment 40+ days in advance for Monday the 28th. Friday before the appointment I had a missed call which I could not answer and could only call back after the office was closed. I go to my cedars app and my appointment was switched to video call without me knowing and asking my consent. I called Monday the day of my appointment and apparently Dr. Krems requested Friday to switch to a "video visit". The customer service rep answer was"but we tried calling you". I am beyond offended and disappointed in this... read more
Dr. Krems is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He cares so much about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they get the help they need.
