Great Service- Great Care!!! Nursing and PA were very caring. I was in and out in less than 40min.
The nurse practitioner was nice, however there were two patients in the entire facility and I had to wait OVER an hour to see the NP. Ridiculous. I will not be back.
Not super fast but great service. We did call ahead but didn't seem to matter.
The online check in only creates false hope because it is inaccurate. Once you get there, the wait time is still outrageous, both in the waiting room and in the back room. With only one doctor, they need to call in back-up.
This place was fine when I was sick and the online check in is nice, but I will NOT take my kids there again. We couldn't get in to our normal doctor and I called here to make sure they would see a toddler and they assured me that would be fine. I took my oldest daughter here (almost 2 and a half) for what sounded like could be a UTI. They couldn't collect a urine sample to confirm because they didn't even have pediatric sample bags. Super quick service and very friendly staff!! Our nurse Rashayla was very sweet and informative.
Our experience was awesome! Friendly, efficient and caring staff!! I was amazed at how great they treated my 5 year old daughter! She had a high fever and not feeling well at all and this was on her birthday! The staff was very patient and went out of their way to give her coloring books, crayons and a magic coloring sheet! I was greeted by Lindsay at the front desk and quickly given check in paperwork. It only took about 10 minutes to be called in. Chastae took my vitals and was very sweet! Jennifer was the PA on staff and she kept me informed about my labs they were running. Everyone was incredibly kind to me. It helped greatly to deal with nice people when I wasn't feeling great. Thank you. :)
