The staff is very rude, absolutely no bedside manner, not welcoming at all.. I work in healthcare and would never treat my patients the way they do, took my husband for a RAPID COVID test and still waiting for results 3 hrs later, rapid results are supposed to be within an hour at the latest, that’s why they are RAPID.. I do not advise anyone to visit here for medical care
Do not use for Covid testing. Continuing unresponsiveness on results, still waiting 5 days later, and reps lie about when results will be given. Last guy told me to call the lab for my results. Worst service imaginable.
We did the online check-in almost 24 hours in advance for Covid-19 swab and antibody testing. We are healthcare workers and want to know how we stand as far as possible asymptomatic infection and/or history of infection. We arrived at the designated time only to be told they weren't doing Covid tests that day due to "Provider Preference". This is unacceptable. Worst experience the 2 times I’ve been here. Won’t be coming again after today. Checked in online for 1pm, got there at 12:45pm waited until 2:15pm before they called me back THEN once they started doing vitals she said it would be another HOUR wait because they were doing a procedure. Should’ve let the people in the waiting room know that before!!! Our previous experiences consisted of misdiagnoses and even more sickness we picked up from the unclean waiting room. Never will I be back.

I went online three hours ahead of time and scheduled an 1100 check in. I arrived at 1050 and was given a wait list with my daughter on the top. However they then proceeded to call the three names BELOW us first, thus making us wait just as though we were a walk in. What is the point of allowing online check in ahead of time if it is not honored at the clinic? We've now been here 1 hour 40 minutes and STILL are waiting to see the doctor.
Don’t bother making an appointment and or coming if you are expecting a reasonable wait time. I made an appointment online, walked in 15 minutes early, and was immediately informed that there would be a long wait. I stated that I have an appointment only to be told that, paraphrasing here, that it doesn’t matter...the wait is over an hour. So, why have appointments??? SMH!!!

I have received care at the SE 29th Street, Del City location 3 times in the last 2 years. The staff is wonderful; I really appreciate the nursing staff as well as the physicians. It is so easy to check in on line so the wait is not so long. When you are ill or injured this is important.
