Always under construction. Can never use.. every day says same thing. Thats gow they prevent you from being able to apply or to check for benefits. So dont bother. They aren't there to help u.
Grandchild cannot get bill tracking updated causing her to miss her meds as they cannot be filled. These meds cannot just be stopped. Cannot get through on the phones, after going through the long pointless recordings each time to get the message sorry we are busy call back. This is ridiculous. Issues like this can have serious affects on people's health or even death!
