An absolute inferior business, zero service, a dysfunctional web site. plan 8 on ten hours. It has taken me 7 hours and I am still waiting for a call back to check out. I have left 7 messages . Pitiful excuse for a business. By all means avoid Access Counseling, and go to another company. The only thing they did OK is take my money,
