If I could leave zero stars I would, horrible scammers. Unauthorized purchases, refund them only to make more Unauthorized purchases. How are they legally still able to be in business?
Charging my card with fraudulent charges!!! I sat next to my attorney and he unchecked every box. My total was $29. Get an alert today for another $9.95. I called and the lady tried to say something was wrong with my computer or I checked a box…said I would be refunded but I don't trust it…. so my bank refunded the money. Do it again and my attorney will deal with this directly.
Company makes additional charges on your card and when you call they claim to be refunding the charges only to make more charges. Do not use!!!
They will take out extra money and act like you made a mistake on your computer and purchased extra like you have money after you claimed bankruptcy smh SCAM
Stole my money after I completed courses. Unauthorized charges to debit card. The bankruptcy courts should not accept their classes. I called and they lied and said they refunded the charges. They didn’t.
WARNING!!! = This company are SCAM ARTISTS who prey on people who are going through financial hardships and bankruptcies! They will continue to charge you and take/steal money from any source you provide them for services and “add-ons” you Never asked fir or Authorized!! Don't use this company they are unscrupulous and very deceptive!!!!
I would never tell anyone to use this company . Very poor, advertise 24/7 "LIVE " support not true I tried for hours , several calls , several no answers , left messages no replies, went to live chat in line first several times and wait and wait and than sorry we missed you leave message ??? How could I possibly be missed being first in line ??? Only if there was no one on the other end live to chat with correct ! Use anyone else but these folks.
