Please avoid the headache! We spent $5k+ for a new motor and intercom, and both broke in less than one year. They spent an incredibly frustrating 6 weeks attempting to fix it, and after hounding them for updates I realized we were still under warranty per our contract, so I simply requested our money back in exchange for not sharing my experience with their company.
