Our experience with this property management company was very disappointing due to the lack of communication throughout the application process. We had to constantly reach out just to try and get updates. If they did answer their phones, we still weren't given any clear information. The most constant communication came from their automated background check provider, which kept "expiring" our application every 72 hours due to no landlord decision.
