I had a fantastic experience working with Nikki Dhoer and Lola 😉😊 From the very beginning, She demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for both tenants and property owners. They were incredibly attentive to my needs, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and kept me well-informed throughout the process. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Nikki and the team at Access better properly management f... read more

Had a great experience with Nicki, had questions about the company and how it works. She explained everything and set me on the path to a new home.

Extremely Unprofessional – Would Not Recommend I was shocked to find out that they expect you to pay just to view the property. That’s absolutely ridiculous and not standard practice in the industry. It feels like they’re just trying to take advantage of potential renters. Very disappointing experience and definitely not a company I’d trust or work with again.

We spent the money on paying for the upfront application fees to apply for a home we wanted to rent. Needless to say this company is not very professional in my personal experience. The coordinator would always giggle when I would call her to get updates because she can’t provide me with any herself without chasing her for them. They don’t feel like they’re really trying to help someone get into a home even if they have employment and good credit. I DO NOT recommend you spending the app fee here. I went with invitation homes... read more
