Ew just ew. We looked at a rental and idk if this is the responsibility of the owners or the management but when we entered the studio it was disgusting. There were random old chairs, dirt, stains, smelled like dog and just plain gross. This leaves a horrible first impression! How hard is it to clean and make it look decent ? 🤮
I was in a rental for 5 yrs with Access. I will say the admin and personal are great never had an issue. The maintenance team needs work. The head maintenance guy doesn’t communicate at all. You have to chase him down to get ahold of him. He’s all about cutting corners and not fixing it properly. A tenant should never have to invest their money into someone else property to fix things. We had horrible drafts and gaps in our door frames letting the hot and cold in. Hope this helps someone else for the future
