Our experience with this property management company was very disappointing due to the lack of communication throughout the application process. We had to constantly reach out just to try and get updates. If they did answer their phones, we still weren't given any clear information. The application process is EXTREMELY rough and extensive. The staff is super helpful and communicates well for the most part. I want to thank Brian for being super professional in our process. However they ask for full deposit and for you to give a 30 day notice to your old residence before even fully approving you. Which to me makes no sense. I had a very disappointing experience with this management company. After submitting my application and paying around $120 in application fees, I was told that I was only “pre-approved” and then asked to pay a $2,xxx holding deposit that was stated to be non-refundable — even before receiving final approval.
