The TEAM (& I emphasize the Team) at Access are exceptional. Very professional and easy to work with. Communication is excellent. Adabel was extremely helpful when it came to helping us get our property ready for showings and in providing feedback which aided in getting our property even more desirable for prospective tenants. We highly recommend Access Asset MGMT & the Team.
Access has been a life saver in times when we need it the most. Always very communicative, they promptly address our needs professionally and with compassion and care.
If I could leave negative stars I would. Genuinely the WORST management company I have ever worked with. I’ve lived in Los Angeles & dealt with some crazy management companies but NOTHING compares to the level that this company has. They will refuse to help you regarding any issues needed. They leave everything up to you to figure out & work with. Their communication skills are absolutely garbage & just overall customer service skills are nonexistent. Access Asset Management are a very professional yet empathetic business. They know finding a home to rent is stresful so everyone I've talked to there was kind. They streamlined everything and were easy to get hold of and told you exactly where you were in the process and what was needed. Adabel, Alyssa and Kimberly were all great to work with. They work for the landlord but also for you as the tenant. They are all awesome!
