I wouldn’t recommend using this service !!! This is a fraud ! This guy are liar ! he's ripping off customers by telling them not true about a problem with a appliance unit ! This guy has no experience and no knowledge what is he doing on a diagnostic visit ! Don’t waste you money and time people !!! Serviceman arrived at 2:45pm for a "10-1pm" window. He didn't have nor know about the compressor we needed for our LG fridge. From phone contact to repairman it was a disasterous (though I will admit, not life-threatening) experience.
