I've seldom had the kind of warm and personal service that Access Ability provided in advising me about stair lifts, and then working quickly to install a lift in our home in order to aid my husband's recovery from a fall and preparation for surgery. Ham Malek was professional AND compassionate, an absolute pleasure to work with, and his staff member Ali was painstakingly careful throughout the installation process. I can't recommend Access Ability highly enough!
