Excellent! Professional, caring, personal service! Ham Malek talked with me at length to understand my situation and my current and future stair lift needs. The installation was fast and neat. I am so grateful for the help, guidance and concern I received!
I've seldom had the kind of warm and personal service that Access Ability provided in advising me about stair lifts, and then working quickly to install a lift in our home in order to aid my husband's recovery from a fall and preparation for surgery. Ham Malek was professional AND compassionate, an absolute pleasure to work with, and his staff member Ali was painstakingly careful throughout the installation process.
