They really know their stuff! I purchased a mobility scooter from them a few years ago. I looove it! Recently, I bought a walker. Staff was ( and is) courteous and very helpful. My parents also purchased two stair lifts for their house. That means they can stay in their own place! Access Abilities is my go to for my mobility needs and I would reccomend them to anyone with mobility needs
The customer service is beyond excellent at this store. I am helping a friend of over 50 years who cannot see. She needed both a good sturdy cane that stood up and crutches with the bands for her arms for extra stability when trying to walk. She isn’t in a place currently where she can get around so someone came out to the car with what she needed and so she wouldn’t have to leave the car. Very easy to book with Lauren over the phone. Jeff, the technician, was polite, professional, and great to deal with. He took the time to answer our questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He installed two grab bars for us, and we are extremely happy with the work. The installation looks great, and the added safety gives us peace of mind. Jeff is a 10/10 — highly recommend!
