I am so happy that I found Wendy and her beautiful Salon. She always has a smile on her face and makes me feel like I am a part of her family. Wendy genuinely listens to what i am wanting and nails it every time!! She is up to date on all the latest styles & trends and will offer her professional opinion but ultimately do exactly what I want. I have confidently referred many of my friends to her for both Hair and Waxing services and none of us will ever go anywhere else!

While I can say the highly expensive wax service was mediocre...the customer service in this place is awful at best. Wendy was incredibly unfriendly and unpleasant, and I felt like a bother to her. I was surprised considering the rave reviews concerning her services and gregarious nature. The salon itself was filthy! Do yourself a huge favor and find somewhere else.

Honestly Wendy was real nice but I have to say I have bruises from the full body wax. The kind of wax she uses is like plastic. I regret taking this less expensive option. I should have known when she asked me to sign the form that says they are not responsible for bruises which u did not realizing that this is so odd. Then I should have stopped her right away when I noticed she doesnt stretch the skin before pulling the strip. But I just went ahead with it thinking its gona b ok.
