The worst company. Signed up because the Mt Sinai case worker told us that they provide services through the hospital. Got multiple phone calls and met with an administrator to sign up. No hospice care actually provided. My dad died the next day and then I kept getting multiple calls from them asking how he was doing. Absolute garbage company. I would never do business with them. Very disorganized.
