Buenas, estuve recibiendo servicio 4 meses para mi mamá con la compañía, son excelentes profesionales ,amables y muy familiares super preocupados por la asistencia médica y del confort al paciente y a sus familiares, estoy muy agradecida y complacida con todo el servicio ,desde la admisión, el servicio al cliente, los enfermeros y médicos hasta el proceso de Cuidado 24 horas, lo recomiendo con el mayor amor del mundo, Gracias infinita. We recently transferred my dad to Accent Care from another hospice. On the first day the whole team called and made appts to see my dad. The attention to his care has been phenomenal. Starting with the admission liaison Yvette who took her time to explain all the services with so my compassion and empathy that it made this whole process much smoother. The nurse Lisa was amazing as well. She made sure to ask all the questions and you can tell really cared about my dads care. In 24 hours we have met pretty much his whole team.... read more
