My aunt got into hospice program and the nurse that was assigned to her was absolutely fantastic! Her name is Sharon Zapata. I could not thank her enough. It was absolutely pleasure working with her. Sharon has what it takes, professionalism, organization skills, but also was doing it with compassion and caring heart. She was on top of things: my aunts medicine, the equipment that was getting delivered, etc. and always in communication with a family. Angela Ocasio is the most helpful and informative human being with a heart who works there. She takes full advantage in confirming the patients and families are comfortable and content and makes sure she hits all the bases and no sugar coating when it came to my family’s situation/season. In a difficult time, people need an efficient and caring staff. I am very thankful for Jeannie, Sharron,Yulie & Leidy. They've been great with assisting me with my mother. Wouldn't change this company! I am so thankful that the nurse that was taking care of my mom in mount sinai hospital recommended them to us.
