I’d like to call your attention to the callous, unprofessional behavior I experienced at the hands of the staff at Accent Care on the last day of my father’s life. They made the worst day of my life even worse. My father, James Burns, was admitted on August 4th, 2025 at around 2 P.M. Prior to that, he had been in the hospital since August 2nd, 2025. On October 1,2024 my mother was omitted late evening . She passed 6:30 pm on October 2nd. During that less than 24 hour time frame, what I experienced remains fresh in my mind and will stay with me for the rest of my life. On admittance, I was greeted by the night nurse Pat (an angel) who immediately took control and calmed my nerves. The Dr. Lui and the entire team to housekeeping were wonderful. Losing our mother recently was traumatic and tragic. The amazing care, attention and support our family received was PRICELESS. My mother, Sherry L. Hardy was ALWAYS properly medicated. She smelled good everyday. Her skin was moisturized. Her room was ALWAYS neat and clean. I can’t even begin to express our gratitude for making my mothers transition comfortable and peaceful. Thank you ALL so much for your support, hard work, expertise and good quality care.

Do not use this company! The experience was a horrible nightmare. I called the number given for an emergency and was placed on hold. The person who answered the phone informed me she was NOT a registered nurse who could not assist me as my mother was having a seizure for the 1st time ever, vomiting, and eyes rolling until she passed out. I was told someone would get back to me. My mother was a hospice patient w a DNR and the rep let her be admitted into the hospital where she was treated as a normal patient...not under hospi... read more

Dr. Lui and the care team, Cassandra, Cobie and Talisa were amazing. Mom was only there less than 48 hours, but she was treated with dignity and care. They were also compassionate to our family and were there when we needed them for mom. Thank you.
