Terrible experience with AccentCare with the care of my late father. When my father passed, the doctor wrote a diagnosis on the death certificate which my father never had. There was no mention of the diseases he *did* have, despite his immediate transfer from the ICU/ER to their "care" with related discharge paperwork/MRN #. Angela Ocasio & Tania Gomez were a significant help during this difficult decision-making process. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. In addition, they made sure that we had all the mefical equipment that we needed in our home PRIOR to my dad coming home from the hospital. This was a HUGE relief.
