We were referred by Christiana to Accent. Although I think there are some opportunities for improvement in terms of communicating the steps that need to take place, I give five stars for the care and compassion my father received. From intake, to the nurse who came every week, to the social worker, to the pastor, and to the nurse who arrived when he passed. They were top notch people.

Hospice brought in a filthy, smelly mattress with holes and slits. Told the man to get it out of my house. Then the bed. It looked as if it was picked from the dump. Motor underneath made a dangerous, loud grinding sound. AFTER I complained, they brought a cleaner mattress and quieter bed. Drugs that were supposed to be delived overnight took 4 days. No matter what, every concern was answer with a "isn't this beautiful, he is dying". Every question or explanation, I was told to give him more morphine and/or oxy. Not eating, ... read more

My friends mother in law was in their care. It was a horrific experience and because of thir actions her family wasn't with her when she passed. Please don't use them!

Let me just say after my mother passed, no more than 2 days; MedCare started to blow up my phone to ask for the equipment at which I told them to come get it. When they got here, I stg this guy was laughing at my Mothers bedroom and all her clothes lying on bed. My ppls had to hold me back. The workers at Seasons/Accent care were very nice on the phone, and in person. The quality of their work including home checkouts, perscription refills, and supplies were very poor.
