The team is wonderful. They all really care about and for their clients and their families. Their services are outstanding, catering to the entire person. The nurses, the chaplain, the music therapist, the social worker and the care consultants are so good at what they do.

While no care is perfect, in many ways we were very happy with the level of care my dad received for several months. The compassion was exceptional. My main criticism is that there isn't great communication amongst everyone. I also felt that IF death wasn't somewhat imminent and the person did not have a DNR, it challenged how things went. Understand when you go this route, that something such as an antibiotic is difficult to get. A few times we had to send my dad to the ER for things and work that system. My husband, Wendell was on hospice for about six months. The staff at Accent Hospice Care were wonderful. They are a kind and loving team of people. I do not think I could get through this without them. Special thanks to Sara, Jacque, Jenna, Chaplain Tim, Mo, Natalie, and Andrea.
