Like the previous poster, I had no idea when they were coming or a care plan or schedule. My care was set up by the rehab center yet they listed my family doctor as the referrer. I have no documentation and was told that this is not provided. In ONE day I had 5 phone calls from different individuals all with different times and different services. We had services setup by the hospital. They came 2 days and never showed and no call.manager said there was no treatment plan, which was a lie.they let patients sit without any calls, no notice as to what is going on..this office is run by clowns..do not use this company...and our services weren't for a hang nail, this was major..
