The Amarillo team has been awesome. Jerry, Candace, Brandi, Cheryld?(spelling) have all been great. The national on call team left alot to be desired but it was manageable. But the real superstar is Omega. Her communication, her service and professionalism left nothing to be desired. A real asset for your company. Your company owes her pats on the back and more!!!
I appreciate this home health care service. My dad has received great care from this agency. The nurses that come to his home have been great listeners, and are knowledgeable to meet his medical needs. It is important to note that they provide services based on the orders they receive from the doctor. Everyone needs to become aware of how home health works. Insurance/medicare is broken, and home health can only do so much.
