The nurse who initially came to me my son was very kind and helpful, this review does not reflect her at all, as she was honest and transparent, and helped us get the supplies we needed. I am just very disappointed and upset because upon discharge at UCSD the Social Worker notified me that now they are denying services to my son because they feel we are not allowing them to provide services to my son. I picked this company for my physical therapy after knee replacement surgery. I did so because I had my surgery at UCSD and I thought that I would receive the same professional treatment I did at the hospital. I couldn’t have been more mistaken! This is the most dysfunctional operation I have ever dealt with, beginning with the main office.
