the people were friendly but not helpful and on many occasions uncooperative. maintenance rarely responded and dragged their feet on major issues. after moving in, much of the siding was torn from the house after a storm. it has been two months and still have seen no repairs. when they do fill answer maintenance calls we were sent a bill of over $150, without even being informed of the charge until it was overdue.
My husband and I had an awesome experience with the Accent Realtor team. They were friendly, very helpful and always there when you had questions. I would highly recommend this agency!
Excellent experience! Great team worked with us through the entire process and continued to follow-up even after the deals were closed. Very personalized experience with low-pressure approach. Focus was on finding the right buyer for our existing home, and then on finding the right new home, not just getting a new house.
I do not recommend to rent from accent realty. un reliabl untrustworth and a complete waste of and a complete waste of my time.
