Very easy and simple experience. They have an easy to use online portal for maintenance requests making payments etc. Maintenance requests are normally dealt with in a days time, the boiler needed to be replaced and we didn't have hot water and it was fixed in 2-3 days of the maintenance request. Which, for having to get someone come in to even figure out if it needs to be replaced, then scheduling someone to replace it once it is known, that is pretty much as fast as you can ask for. This was nothing but a 5 start service. If I could do more I would. From booking a showing to signing the lease agreement service was seamless and simple. Kim made everything easy. Very professional and responsive. Thanks you!
Davis is absolutely amazing. He responds quick and does his job well. 10/10 recommend because of him.
Easy to work with staff, and great communication all around. Accent has always been willing to help me with any questions I have and goes above and beyond in explaining the processes in questions to me, Kim and Davis have truly been a blessing. Accent also responds quickly to work orders with the longest I’ve waited being 3 days. Overall a great place to stay, with wonderful staff, service, and amenities.
