Went in twice because they gave me the wrong antibiotics for the first time. Both times were extremely unclear of what I was going to be charged and did not have a good support line to help with the problem.
Very clean and fast service. But huge rip-off. Beware of the electronic signature they ask for ahead of seeing you that signs you up for autopay. I had a gash on my forehead and all they ended up doing was giving me a bandaid and Neosporin. They charged insurance over $300, which they said was the minimum fee for being seen. With insurance I still had to pay half. Argued with them for a long time about this but to no avail. Total rip-off.
Very fast amazing service. the front desk girl Pauline was so sweet and helpful. There was no wait really and the pa was also very knowledgeable .
Definitely have to give the Medical Assistant (Pauline) and their Doctor (Jack) their flowers. They both did a phenomenal job when it came to diligently and kindly and appropriately taking care of my health issue. This facility was definitely one of the cleaner facilities ive been to, and both Jack and Pauline definitely have good attitudes. It is the best place in West Los Angeles. I came with a complicated issue and Doctor Ivan was so knowledgeable with understanding complexity of my problem. He pointed to the right direction and assisted with relief for this moment. Brilliant doctor. The nurses were lovely and proffesional. The facility is clean. There was no waiting time. As the suggestion, would be nice to have more diagnosis equipment that expedite finding the problems of patients. Overall, I am greatfull for a good, friendly, caring experience.
