fast and friendly service here. i don't recommend appointments you'll probably be seen after the walk ins. last time i waited an hour even tho i had an appointment. besides that for an urgent care it's pretty fast. and like other urgent cares you don't get a definitive diagnosis but everything i've gotten prescribed have always helped and resolved my symptoms. it's hard to communicate with the doctors when their english is not too good but again they always get it right at the end of the day.
My sister has applied to positions here numerous times, we call to follow up and they say they are filled or no longer hiring. Despite this they keep the job postings up instead of closing them. She even had a previous coworker that worked here and tried to get her in and still nothing. We even went in person to speak with the hiring manager and the girls at the front desk didn't seem to know who were talking about.

I love Accelerated Urgent Care on Coffe road. They are always Kind, Curtious, and Professional. And wait times a minimal. And this is why I chose to go to this location.
This was the BEST urgent care I’ve ever been to! The staff was kind, efficient, and very professional. And I was in and out in about and hour and a half! Shortest wait time ever! I would highly recommend <3
