The most friendliest staff I have ever met starting with the receptionist at check-in. She was very helpful very informative and very kind! All the way to the back to the nurse practitioner who helped me very sympathetic, very understanding super informative, took the time to explain, and was really really listening to everything that was being said to her! I went in on my lunch hour and made it out before my lunch was over! The kindest staff you will ever meet. I highly recommend this urgent care.
Heather was amazing. Listen to everything that was going on, very caring, and knowledgeable. She was able to walk me through everything that was going on give me the right prescriptions I needed and even take pre-existing conditions and upcoming situations into account. One of the best nurse practitioners I've had at this location.
I was asked to fill out my forms online with their WiFi , but their WiFi is not secure. I had to go outside to complete the forms. I just didn’t feel comfortable with this. My physician was great.
Online appt made it really quick and easy to be seen. NP H Dilmore was very kind and helpful. Everyone else from front desk to x-ray tech to assist. was great.
