probably one of the worst urgent cares i ve been to in town. called to see if they'd take my insurance was told yes then when i showed up they said they don't take my insurance. got vitals done then waited 40 minutes in the room waiting for a doctor. i even popped my head out to see if they'd take had forgotten about us. someone finally came in to do a nose swab 45 minutes later. not very accelerated for an urgent care.
The care at this facility is excellent. Make an appointment or the wait time can longer than you will expect.
I lost hearing in my right ear after I attempted to irrigate with water and peroxide,. I went to Accelerated Urgent Care on Brimhall at about 7 pm. After brief paperwork they took me in and quickly discovered blockage, administered aid and I was out the door in less then about 40 minutes. Great job, thank you.
I thought the Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable and highly skilled. He had great bedside manners. I would go back.
