The physician was very helpful and efficient. I don’t go to Urgent Care for regular maintenance issues so if that is what you are looking for I would recommend a Primary. The physician didn’t ask a lot of questions because the issue was easily identified and taken care of.

Got me in out fast and didn't have to fill out aloof paper work because I went to another Accelerated
Horrible bill processing. We had a visit in Jan of 2026 online appointment. We paid the bill after the visit. Here we are in August of 2026 and my wife received a text message saying she owes for that visit. After calling accellerated, the local office was no help and gave my wife a 1-800 # for billing. 25 minutes later someone from billing said we have it posted now and all good. Why does the customer have to call billing department for posting??? Ridiculous and 6 months later? Essentially double billing scam.
Telehealth and in person appointments were quick and easy.
