My family has been going to Accelerated Urgent Care since it opened years ago, as we live just around the corner. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality of service over the years. While the front office staff is efficient at processing payments, they could benefit from a refresher course in customer service and being more detail-oriented when gathering information. I recently had to go twice in one day for my two kids. Both visits were awesome. The online registration was easy and I did not have to repeat everything when I got to the office. Both visits I was in and out in 30 minutes. I really appreciated that. The staff was very friendly and professional.

2/21/25 I made an appointment and there were 8 ppl in front of me. It took 45, in my opinion it went quick. They gave me an allergy shot and meds. The brimhall location was incredibly professional and nice. The doctor was attentive and made sure I left feeling much better. So glad I went. They took such good care of me and I feel tons better! Make an appointment because they book fast! Especially right now cause it’s flu season.
