I wish there was a 0 star. Had an appointment at a certain time and sat there for 3 hours. Why have an appointment when you still have to wait?! Won’t go back
This Urgent Care on white lane has bad service towards patients. I made my appointment at 3:48pm I waited for 2 hours no one called me to get checked in. I had to go and ask if they were going to check me in as soon as I asked they took me back in fast. I was very frustrated because I was not sure why I had to wait such a long time to get called if I had an appointment.
This place is a mess- Scheduled an appointment I was 10 min late however the receptionists conversation was more important than acknowledging the walk in traffic. After 3-5 mins she tells me how can I help- I respond I’m checking in for my appointment- she states well since your late it’s no longer an appointment- even with appointments the wait time to be seen is 1hr +. At the end I was allergic to the med prescribed. When I finally called the Dr on call would not write me a new med that I could tolerate because it had been 3 days. Why would that matter? 4 days of trying to take a med is no reason Not to give a new prescription for what a patient can tolerate! I worked and ran a Dr office and no way would anyone be treated so badly. People often find out after the fact and trying to take a med they finally realize isn't good for them. That ruined it all. Had an appointment but waited same as a walk-in. Doctor didn't listen, just wanted to be in & out & you only had one thing to be seen for. What a waste of time. I'm very irritated & disappointed.
