I would like to start off by saying the rentals and homes are absolutely stunning. However, the reason for such a low review is due to the unprofessionalism of Katrina Heitman. We recently viewed an amazing home for rent that matched all of our needs and was under budget for what we wanted (about $2,500/month). When we arrived at the house, we were not given a tour but rather a lecture on how they do not like to rent to college students (a large market in Rolla). We had the best experience working with Dilek Acar. We were new to Missouri and Dilek helped us feel comfortable and knew exactly what we would want and need for our first home in Missouri. Dilek is very knowledgeable and made this transition very easy for us. I would recommend her and definitely would use her again in the future.
