My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner last week. The service was great. The atmosphere is perfect. My margarita was strong. My husband loved the mole sauce on his wet burrito and really liked the way they do their carnitas. I liked the refried beans. Their green sauce is tasty. Their red sauce is just okay. The carne asada was a bit bland, but there were enough yummy things that I want to go back and try something different. As we left the owner passed us in the parking lot and was quite friendly.

Came here because I was given a gift card for them, ordered Chili Verde because it’s my favorite dish.. whatta disappointment, besides such a small portion it was the worst I’ve ever had, no flavor whatsoever tasted nothing like the chili verde I’m used to ,, chicken burrito my wife ordered was blah blah also,, stale chips didn’t help either, not going back

Food and service was very good. I had Chili Colorado w/ retried beans and rice, perfectly seasoned and prepared. Now that Mexicali Rose will close as of June 29, this will be my go to for quality Mexican food.

My family and I went for International Taco Day and got the $1 street tacos along with other appetizers and the food was really good. The Blueberry Margarita was fantastic too. The service was prompt and courteous. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience.

The food was nasty and the customer service was terrible. This is not the original Acapulcos they just kept the name along with being new owners. Don't let the name fool you not the original Acapulcos
