Made an intake appointment for my daughter. The lady on the phone was really nice, I called and confirmed the appointment and the referral the day before, time was confirmed at 2pm. We showed up today at 1:50pm because the intake paperwork was short and I figured I wouldn’t need to fill out forms. Dr Kahn has been tremendously helpful in the navigating the mental system for our neurodivergent son. We are starting to finally have a clear picture of what he needs.
We transferred my son’s care to Dr. Khan’s office because our previous provider was over an hour away. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and lack of follow-up. Despite our previous provider repeatedly faxing my son’s medical records and providing fax confirmations, Dr. Khan’s office continually claimed they never received them. My son has been seeing Dr. Kahn for almost 2 yrs now. He has autism, ocd, and anxiety. As a special needs mom I know other moms can breath a sign of relief when you find a Dr who not only listens to the concerns that you have for your child, but actively works with you to find solutions.
