From the moment our son was checked into Dr Luu’s office, we felt quality service and customer care was a priority. We were promptly taken back and given the utmost attention concerning his rapidly declining eye health. Didn't realize how terrible my experience was until I went back to my usual eye doctor this year. So impatient with my contact fittings, and I was unable to wear contacts because they never fit/worked properly. Come to find out, I needed more patience and testing to figure out what works for my high maintenance eyes. Happily wearing contacts now!!
