Most of my visits here have been pleasant. Dr. Lu is always kind and professional.
My husband and I along, with our two children, are patients of Dr. Luis. We have been seeing him for the past. It’s always been a very pleasant experience. The front desk employees are always helpful to me whether I’m there in person with a question or when I call on the phone.
While I can’t speak on Dr. Luu as I didn’t see him I can say that the service I received and product I received was mediocre at best. It took well over two weeks to receive my glasses and with a scratched lens at that. I picked them up on the 3rd and had them returned on the 7th due to being out of town until then. You can quite easily see the 1/4 inch long scratch on the left lens of the brand new glasses. Always done a great job and been great to deal with
Horrible. I've given them multiple chances with all 3 of our children and each time it has been a horrible experience. The front desk staff is less than friendly. Too glued to their cell phones charging next to their keyboards and having loud social conversations to even care that you're there. The doctor has little to no patience for small children, especially a special needs child. They have a poor selection of children's frames.
