My family and I were coming back from vacation and I was feeling so bad I had to stop for the night in Lafayette (hoping to feel better the next morning). Long story short, I woke up feeling worse and needed a doctor. Having no idea who to call we even considered the ER, but thankfully my wife found Acadiana Urgent Care Center through Facebook and they were able to see me that morning. I always have a good experience. Very professional, kind and thorough. I have 4 kids, and we've been there several times, and we've never had a bad experience.
Poor attitudes from a nurse and Dr. Smith (the female). Yes, sick toddlers with fever at a doctor may cry. Your attitudes do not help her calm down to be further examined. Furthermore, this was not the first time I was disappointed here. Previously, they were unable to diagnose me with a common illness that my regular physician spotted as soon as I walked in. No more chances with many actual reputable walk in clinics available. This visit with my baby was certainly my family's last visit here.
Dr. Smith and his team are AMAZING! 5 stars just isn't enough. Both my family and I have been to the office on different occasions and we are always greeted by a friendly staff. Dr. Smith and his wife genuinely cares about his patients and that's why we choose Acadiana Urgent Care Center!
Thank goodness for Acadiana Urgent Care, the doctors there, and the nurses and office staff! I can't say enough about this place. The care is excellent and they make you feel at ease. There is no long wait in a crowded waiting room. They get you in as fast as they can and they are open after hours and on weekends. My son and I love the place. The doctors are thorough and caring. I give this clinic an A+ and have referred many friends and family to go there.
