Staff needs to be educated on non visible disabilities. Staff also needs proper PPE to communicate properly with patients who have hearing impairment!
Love that this clinic has doctors on staff at all times, and their doctors and NPs are THE. BEST. They're very present, thorough and attentive in the exam room. The x-ray techs and nurses are kind and patient while being efficient. The front desk is very friendly and willing to help. And I'm always out in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming here and bringing my family in the future.
