RecommendedI have always been scared to go see a therapist but they have always made me feel at home and so cared for. I 100% recommend them. They are more than helpful with any situation. The office manager is also super helpful when I need it the most
They never answer the phone and apparently lose the messages they receive. I just received a $40 NO SHOW bill from an appointment I canceled by leaving a message. You'd think that with the money they rake in, they could afford to have an actual human being to answer calls.
I definitely recommend AMPS.
Amazing staff and Dr Cavanaugh is awesome! You don’t get rushed out the door, and she really listens to you.
Compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Office staff is also wonderful to everyone and always smiling. So blessed to have them helping my son!
Had an evaluation done on January 12,2018 for a Spinal Cord Stimulator, my neurosurgeon still has not received anything from the doctor to proceed with my procedure. They have called the Lafayette office 4 weeks in a row n still waiting for my results. Not good business!!
I give Dr Cavenaugh 5 stars! I always love my experience with her. The staff is always friendly & accommodating.
No sure what is going in the office area but you can leave messages to change an appointment several times and no one ever calls you back. Also, when the doctor says they will call you to schedule an appointment they don't call. You have to call them then they don't understand what you are talking about.
