Started going to see Dr.Katy when I was in my third trimester and having a lot of hip/pelvic pain. Her adjustments not only helped make those last few weeks of pregnancy more bearable, it also helped me during my labor and delivery. With my first born, I pushed for 2 hours. With my newborn, I only had to push for 17 minutes. And I believe that those adjustments were a big part in helping me get my hips/pelvis where they needed to be in order to have a smoother delivery. Dr Katy sees my baby boy (3m-8m now) and he sleeps so much better at night when we see her 2x a week. It has helped his reflux as well ❤️.
