This company will scam their way into any of your money possible. "Move in fee" "Apartment holding fee" since they don't use security deposits, your money will never be refunded to you. All levels of management within this company is below every possible standard for a credible company. This is the worst place I have ever lived timberwood in Perry ga I have been here 4 years never late on my rent every time I sign a new lease they go up on my rent, charged me 200 just to move from one apartment to another and then charged me rent on two apartments for the same day. We have been through 5 maintenance men since I’ve been here have one motel size air conditioner for 2 BR apartment so no heat at all in bathroom so now it’s time for me to sign my new lease but it ain’t gonna happen here we are in a pandemic and ... read more
If i could give fewer stars i would. This company makes fraudulent leases for their employees families, and makes violent threats to harm you after you call them on it and bring up fair housing laws and fraud charges. I would never lease with this company and letting everyone i know about this company as well. Oh, and not to mention they took my google review off 3 times to avoid it getting to the public!!!
If I could give fewer stars I would. This business truly does not care about tenants. I cannot get any maintenance done on my unit, the maintenance guy verbally degraded me and blocked my number so I could not get emergency maintenance when I needed it, and the entirety of the property is in disrepair.
I HAD to give a 1 star to leave a comment. I have been in the Valleybrook Apt. Complex, Newnan, Ga going into my 4th year. IF I could find a cheaper place I'd have left after my 1st year. These people are horrific. I have been thru 4 managers & 4 maintenance people. THEY DO NO MAINTENANCE, the place is a dump & every year they jack up the rent with no improvements whatsoever. Management lies to you, the District Manager is rude & nsufferable. I am considering contacting an attorney about what they are doing.
Their management sucks! They don’t answer phone calls or emails. They loose people’s files, which aren’t securely stored. Nothing but a bunch of liars and crooks!
I moved in to Meadowood Franklin In Dec 2019 and moving out Dec 2019. It started with lies. Place was not painted all the way, carpet was not cleaned,snowing plowing not done.I have renters insurance(but have to have a fee every month because I won't pay insurance for there building. Water hooked up wrong(should be cold comes out ,TO HOT) They charge fees for everything.I paid all my deposits,rent,water/trash & fees & deposit for my dog. And had money on their books ahead.Now they can't explain why there records are correct.
