Terrible business to rent from, Absolutely no one knows how to fix the rent payment app. They charge $15 to pay by debit card and can't fix a renters account so they can pay by checking account.Both companies are worthless to deal with
Elon engages in illegal and unfair housing practices, violated my right to privacy, violated the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, violated the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICE ACT They violated state and federal laws. I am currently homeless because of elon property, suffering from a high level of anxiety and they ruined my reputation and consumer report with their deceptive, harassing and abusive practices.NEVER RENT WITH THEM
This company is terrible they have refuse to pay me for work I completed they also dont return calls currently taking them to court
I honestly give them zero stars They recently took over the property in which I live in. Fair the property had work needed to be done prior to them taking over but I have called the manager and she assured me they would address these issues needless to say I still have these issues. The place is clogged so the toilet doesnt flush it comes up through the tub in both of my bathrooms. The cabinets let just say they barely holding on. I was met by roaches on the floor the day I was supposed to move in. So we didnt even move anything into the place Now myself and girlfriend are in a dire situation because we dont want to live in a ***** motel. Weve spent every ***** we had on move in fees.
