HORRIFFIC CURBSIDE SERVICE!!!!! I WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES FOR MY "SERVICE" AND EVERY ATTENDANT I ASKED FOR HELP TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. CALLS TO THE STORE DIRECTLY ARE JUST A ROUND ROBIN OF RECORDED MESSAGES.

Price gouge much??? Wow. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed!!!!!!! $99 for $7 box of masks. I asked the cashier and she said they are being sold for $99 so sad.
dont order online they will have items missing from your order and when you pickup,you tell them "hey im missing this many items" and yet the order doesnt show up on their system apparently. but you get charged for ALL items even though you didnt get your full order. so you have to call that 800 number and be on the phone with them for hours trying to get this fixed.
terrible employees and horrific customer service. with all that is going on in the world you could be a company with integrity. Sam in hunting supplies is possibly the worst associate in the store. The store manager did try to help but by that point it was to late. Please spend your hard earn honest money with a company that believes in Americe and not Academy!!!
Rude and disrespectful associates. Leisurely hanging and leaning on counters always an argument. Today was no different than my last experience. My experience was a little different than my husband's experience today. I was purchasing an outdoor table & umbrella set. It was on sale however did not ring up as such. They have a huge banner at the top of their page for their credit card. you apply and are approved you receive $15 off %5 off any further purchases and free shipping on orders $15 or more made on Academy.com site. false!!!!! I applied was approved then told nope your pool doesnt get free shipping. only reason i applied was to save on shipping bc they're out of stock in store. i will not be be accepting the credit card offer and will call commenity bank in the morning.
Do not order from Academy website and choose at store pick up. Even though the website shows you what stores have the item you are needing it’s not accurate. And then you can’t get your money back for seven days.
