Had the worst customer service ever with 2 of their store associates. Will not shop there again!
RecommendedThe staff working in the hunting/fishing area were especially impressive and professional. They were very swamped but yet they all remained patient and took time to make sure each customer was taken care of. Great customer service from all the store employees.
Went in looking for items I saw online the employees where very rude wouldn’t take the time to help me said what they have is on the shelf wouldn’t show me where or even check or even check to see after waiting in line at customer service finally a little girl looked it up said they have 2 in stock but she couldn’t tell me where all she could say is if it’s not a lot in a visible place you should probably assume we don’t have them I would look somewhere else for them will never be back again
I had the worst customer service experience with a cashier ever. cashier never smile nor did she acknowledge me their with a hello or ask me did I find what you looking for. after she scan my item of shoes. she didn't even tell me my total amount$$. I just can't stand poor customer service at all. I want be back.
